Chateau Garden
Be enchanted by the natural beauty of the garden.
The Chateau Garden was established in 1509 and over several centuries expanded to an impressive area of 53 hectares. Its content and appearance have evolved over time. Originally a vegetable and fruit garden, it was transformed into a Baroque garden in the 17th century. In the 19th century, it was converted into a stylish landscape park, and today it features over 200 species of rare trees from various parts of Europe, America, and Asia.
Activities in the Garden
It’s Alive Here
In addition to walking through the park and admiring the garden’s natural diversity, we also recommend a ride on the miniature train. The small zoo is bustling with domestic animals, and the freely roaming peacocks are the pride of the entire park. For schools and pre-booked groups, a falconer demonstrates his skills, and there are cultural programs held for the public.
