Kroměříž Chateau

A Baroque jewel of Moravia and the entire world

The Archbishop’s Palace is one of the most significant cultural monuments in Moravia from the Baroque period. For centuries, it has been owned by the bishops and archbishops of Olomouc, serving as a representative residence and a venue for important meetings and gatherings.

In 1998, the palace and its gardens were ceremoniously inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Chateau Garden

Natural and architectural wealth

The freely accessible Chateau Garden is a romantic park designed for leisurely walks, appreciating harmonious beauty, rejuvenating oneself, and finding refreshment and relaxation in nature. Its scenery surprises with a network of water channels and ponds, numerous romantic structures and compositions, a small zoo, and freely roaming animals such as peacocks, swans, ducks, and squirrels.
