Group Visits and Reservations

Information

  • Tours are booked for groups of minimum 15 people and maximum 40 people per group.
  • Reservations are valid only after written confirmation.
  • The number of registered participants is not binding.
  • Visitors can be dropped off from the bus at Masaryk Square by the Judicial Academy. The Archbishop‘s Chateau is then about a 5 walk along JánskáStreet. The bus then park on Hanácké náměstí.
  • When booking the VIA RESIDENTIA tour (Representative Halls + Chateau Tower), the time of booking is the time of the start of the guided tour. Youcan visit the Chateau Tower within the Via Residentia ticket without a guide after the tour/possibly well in advance of the tour. The average time atthe Castle Tower is 20 minutes. The capacity is 20 people, for a group.

The Terms and Conditions

  • The group must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
  • Payment will be made in cash or by card for the whole group by the leader of the group/designee.
  • We accept only Czech currency (czk).
  • The group is obliged to report in advance in case of delays or cancellations.
  • If the group arrives late without prior arrangement with the Chateau, we reserve the right to cancel your tour or thetour may be shortened by the time of the delay.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the Chateau reserves the right to add to the capacity of the group with individual visitorsto the Chateau.
